Hotel Star Plaza@New Delhi Railway Station

This hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. the rooftop restaurant, SpookySky, offers decent dining options. Guests can also enjoy the hustle and bustle of Paharganj's main bazaar just steps away. the room and bathroom are clean, and the staff provide friendly service. Although there are some issues with the complementary breakfast, there are good vegetarian options available.

Some guests have reported issues with cleanliness, linen and towel changes, and toiletries not being replenished regularly.

There wasn't a hair dryer... it was okay.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and basic amenities. The location on the Pahar Ganj main bazaar was convenient, being next to a food market and in a crowded area, making it easy to explore and experience the local culture. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

No specific improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The only thing which I liked was good location. It is about 10 min walk from the city subway.

The hotel is conveniently located near a major train station and a metro station, which made it easy for us to get around the city. the staff was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home.

The hotel room we were initially assigned to was not clean, and it seemed like the bathroom had not been cleaned after the previous guests. the room did not have the amenities that were promised, and we had to call reception several times to ask for things like towels and toilet paper.

The hotel seemed clean.... At first. The location is not awful but not good - it overlooks a graveyard, is next to a noisy market and slaughterhouse.

The hotel is overpriced, the staff are dishonest, the "breakfast" is foul and on a rooftop covered in grime, there was no hot water in the room. Do not believe the staff when they claim that the "credit card machine is not working" - another scam so that you pay in cash and they give you... Big surprise, no receipt, so pay no taxes. Also on offer are scam tours and rides to the airport at hiked up rates, and general ignorance about all sites and attractions which can "only be reached by taxi."

Friendly staff, comfortable beds. Close to New Delhi railway station and connaught place. Rooftop bar/restaurant offers slow service. Bathrooms are spacious yet need to be fixed. A/C is working yet not big enough to cool such a room, so never gets really cold

We had a great new year experience at this hotel! The staff was welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed the delicious food in the hotel's restaurant and appreciated the comfortable beds in our room. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many restaurants and shops nearby. It was also convenient for transportation, with the train station and metro station just a short walk away.

The only negative aspect was the lack of cleanliness in our room. The linen on the bed was not fresh and there were stains on the bathroom floor.

Price was good compared with facilities, hot shower was ready all the time, good air conditioner, good staff.

This hotel is a great find in the bustling streets of Pahar Ganj. The location is absolutely prime—right at the start of the main bazaar, next to a vibrant food market. You’ll find yourself surrounded by the energetic buzz of the city, immersing you in the true essence of Delhi.

All was taken care of, leaving no room for improvement.

Hotel Star Plaza in Delhi has been of my choice since the last December. I like all about this hotel: location, rooms, facilities. It had all that I needed. I'd reccomend it to every one.
